| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is an analysis of the benefits provided in the Organic Code of Production, Trade and Investment Special Development Zones (ZEDE) Economic. It is based on the study of the previous legislation, concerning the Free Zones Act, focusing mainly on their incentives. Within this research know basics and generalities concerning ZEDE.
They undertake a comparative analysis with the application of incentives both as ZEDE Zones, as well as the respective accounting.
Finally proceed to make recommendations in accordance with the information obtained from the comparative analysis.
It is hoped that this research will contribute to the enforcement and serve as support for the society. | |
