dc.description.abstractThe Creation of a theoretical model for the localization and distribution of educational infrastructure is a work that seeks to have a standard format that can be used in territorial planning as a tool for identify land and locate of educational establishments, endeavoring to give the best alternative locations and provide high territorial coverage as far as educational services are concerned, based on demand required within a given territory. This model is based on similar models and analyzes the standards required by the agreements, laws or ordinances in our country and city, and its contrast with the territorial reality of an intermediate city; so that from these analyzes considerations for the construction of a theoretical model that aims to have components and values that are consistent with our reality. Finally, the application of this model on a real territory is performed through a geographic information system that allows input values of the model.
