| dc.description.abstract | Every business requires an Action Guide, which defines and documents the activities performed by each of the members of the entity aimed to optimizing resources such as time and money, by eliminating repetitive and unnecessary activities, in addition it leads to greater efficiency on the realized works, which presumes that things get done propertly, providing greater satisfaction to the interested parties.
By such reason, it intends the implementation of a Management Process System, for the Postgraduate Department of the Economics and Administrative Sciences Faculty of Cuenca University, which allows to efficiently and effectively manage the processes that take place within this department, all of this intended to provide a guide that will lead to making timely and rational decisions, in order to achieve better results.
To implement the system it is necessary to identify, classify and adequately describe properly all the process by visiting and observing the personnel involved in each of the activities, these observations were realized using a process maps, flow sheets and process cards, containing a quick overview of the mission of the process, its content and the respective indicators to monitor and control the evolution along the implementation of this system.
In conclusion, the Management Process System, is a handy tool, to optimize the resources and have a better control of each one of the activities, this system might be applied to any type of Enterprise with the necessary adaptation and flexibility you require, as long as you work from the directory, by establishing a culture of inclusion, collaboration and teamwork, | |
