dc.description.abstractThe present research proposes: to design a tourism product for the Jamu Ecolodge, Cuyabeno Wildlife Production Reserve, Sucumbíos Province; through secondary, primary data collection and field trips. A market study was conducted, environmental impact study and technical structure of the tourism product, within a determination environmental legislative study, finally, a financial-economic analysis is carried out to the product. Therefore, For a discussion of market research 2772 surveys were conducted to national and foreign tourists who visited the RPFC in 2019; thus determined the profile tourist An environmental impact study was made on the tourist routes The tourist paths are, where the LAC methodology was applied, Lázaro Lagos matrix and the respective mitigation measures. A marketing plan for the tourism product was designed; where strategies were raised to capture the attention to potential attract customers, through the components of the Marketing Mix. The tourism product is based on 2 tour packages, which emphasize the nature and culture components, due to the relevance of being in a Protected Area, in this case, the RPFC. The environmental legislative study was determined, where the legal framework was analyzed about the product. The financial study determined that NPV will be a positive value of $ 855,067.2; and a B/C ratio of $ 3.17, the recovery time of the investment is from the second year, reaching an IRR of 42%. It was concluded that RPFC had an important tourism potential and according to the market acceptance and presence in the proposed tourism product, its implementation is important to contribute to the diversification of the Reserve's tourist offer and benefit local people and more efficient nature conservation.
