Plan estratégico financiero para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Fco. de Orellana, para el período 2013 – 2018

Abstract

The present researching paper on Financial Strategic Plan for the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government Francisco de Orellana, for the period 2013-2018, it allowed us to analyze how the administrative and financial management is in the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of Francisco de Orellana to study their strengths, weakness, threats and opportunities in the institutional execution, when reviewing the administrative and financial processes, there are not indicators to measure the accomplishment of the objectives, being necessary the presence of a link between the budget implementation of operational plans, developing plan of cantonal land management with the National Development Plan. The indicators reflect the quantitative and qualitative state of institutional action, Financial planning helps to the design and valoration of the economic feasibility for future strategies of the entity. A proposal of an Administrative Financial Strategic Plan has been designed in the institution in order to improve the act of planning, controlling and executing of the action
