Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una cooperativa de producción, en la parroquia Chiguaza, con el auspicio del GAD Parroquial de Chiguaza, período 2017 - 2018

Abstract

The present research Project for the creation of a Productive Cooperative in Chiguaza, with the sponsorship from Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Chiguaza, from 2017-2018, has like objective to strength the partners life quality, promoting the agricultural of sector. For which surveys were applied in order to collect information not only for the cassava producers and papa china but also to the sector population, in the same way the study of technical, legal, administrative, financial and economic was developed. Where the following results were obtained 100% from the producers accepted the proposal to be part of a productive organization of Popular and Solidarity Economy, it has excellent demand according to the population and previous the project evaluation in the economic- financial analysis an Internal Rate of return of 31,59% and a benefit-cost relation of $1,85, it means that for each invested dollar, it is obtained a profit of $1,85. It is concluded that the raised proposal is feasible. For this reason it is recommended to the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial from Chiguaza and its partners, to execute the implementation of this project, that it will have a social, solidarity, and economical value to the sector, establishing the collective producers participation, taking into account that it will be a honest work with collective decisions.
