The objective of this work was preventive management of ergonomic risks by applying the Lest and Rosa methodology in the administrative, financial, and planning area of the Honorable Autonomous Decentralized Government of Province of by applying effective methods that favor the minimization and correction of ergonomic risks, which are present in the different work positions. Ergonomic methods were used to identify risks and evaluate an adequate relationship between man-environment, using tools and methods to determine the conditions that exist in the work activities present in the institution, the aspects considered for the evaluation are physical environment, physical load, mental load, work time, psychosocial aspects, postures, and muscle-tendon injuries. The results obtained by the Lest methodology showed psychosocial aspects as the most relevant risk with scores for the administrative area of 6.50, planning of 6.11, and financial of 6.09, as for the Rosa methodology, the planning area presented neck discomfort with a percentage of (80%), for shoulder (70%), dorsal or lumbar with (75%), elbow or forearm (35%) and for wrist or hand with (65%), the same that are very representative values in relation to the other areas. It is concluded that preventive management is necessary for ergonomic muscle-tendon risks and for psychosocial risks, considering dimensions, characteristics, and postures of the worker, which will help reduce muscle pain. It is recommended to make specific evaluations for psychosocial risks under NTP 702 standards and to train the institution's personnel on the application of good practices.
