In this research was carried out the Administration Plan for the Collection Center and Cooling MADRILAC Milk, located in Chimborazo province, San Andrés parish, belonging to the Tuntatacto community. As it is a diagnostic study is not considered treatments, repetitions and does not fit an Experimental Design, the methodology was based on the analysis of wastewater samples taken at the plant facilities every 15 days for its shipment to laboratory analysis. The results indicate that first-class access roads, neglected areas without adequate signaling, incorrect location of the water supply network, major quality control tests must be carried out thoroughly and milk that does not meet the quality must be previously treated before being discharged with the other liquid waste as it does not contemplate adequate control measures to avoid irremediable environmental damage to all biotic component. In the quality of water circulating through the MADRILAC plant, it can be seen that there was a rise in contaminant load when comparing the inlet water verus outlet water specifically in regard to total solids, (213.0 mg / L to 3261.50 mg / L); (Chemical Oxigen Demand) COD (6.30 mg / L to 4409.3250 mg / L); (Biochemistry Oxigen Demand) BOD (4.20 mg / L at 2313.75 mg / L). The Collection Center and Cooling MADRILAC MIlk registered an overall assessment of the impact using the Leopold's matrix of 19, under our criterion of analysis, it is in a range within the type of irrevelant impact. Therefore, it is recommended to solve some environmental problems that have not been mitigated and are considered limiting in the operation of the MADRILAC Center.
