dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to contribute with a methodological proposal for the use of “Learning Management Systems” (LMS) focused on the training of tutors of contents On-line which are based on an analysis of the LMS platform as well as the most representative Elearning methodologies. The type of research was cuasi experimental. The design is of nonequivalent groups, it was worked with an experimental population on and from which the obtained guidelines were applied. Deductive and inductive methods and participant observation techniques were used in the virtual environment of Learning, The interview, the questionnaire and the survey to demonstrate the skills of the Tutor-Teacher. For the application part it was counted with the participation of the Teacher of Physics of first college and their students being part of the establishment of a virtual classroom (Virtual Learning Environment) in the platform environment LMS and their own material resources for the development of research work according to the curricular mesh of the physics course of first college General Unificado. It is established as a conclusion that the correct selection of the methodological tools and establishments is fundamental behind the functionality of any system LMS, in the comparison it reaches the platform MOODLE, and defines the use of the model of instructional design based on models ADDIE, ASSURE and PACIE as the methodological basis for the correct use of the tools as well as the establishment of the role of tutor of contents Online that support the learning process in an effective and efficient way. It is recommended that the appropriate means be sought to socialize widely the use of LMS as an added value to systematically strengthen the traditional methods of education.
