Propuesta metodológica de procesos para mejorar la gestión financiera de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Minga Ltda.

Abstract

The objective was to design a methodological proposal to improve the financial management of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Minga Ltda., It is a concrete study, specifically to an organization, in time and space, describing a detailed problem has been carried out with a methodology of financial management, for this, the surveys applied to 362.94 members were used within the results section, as well as a horizontal and vertical financial analysis of the balance sheets and income statement for the years 2017 and 2018, this survey carried out in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Minga Ltda., information was collected regarding obtaining baseline information in the financial and services field to develop a methodological proposal of processes to improve the financial management of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Minga Ltda. indicators of the company as: a) services b) credits c) interest rates d) agility in procedures. A questionnaire with 10 closed questions with categorical and numerical variables was considered; the reliability of the items was made through the calculation in the distribution of chi square 6.44 is greater than the theoretical chi of 5.35, and falls in the area of rejection of the null hypothesis, therefore, the alternative hypothesis: The SI methodological proposal improves the financial management of the Minga Ltda savings and credit cooperative, the process and adaptation of this proposal was aimed at the entire Cooperative, where its application is reflected with the participation of all its members, who economic value is not expressed only in financial aspects; but in all the components that interact so that the Cooperative is profitable by establishing mechanisms, which at the end of a period will reflect considerable economic growth capable of satisfying the expectations of shareholders, collaborators and customers.
