Resumen
The effect of different levels (25-50-75%) of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens more liquid humus in the primary forage production of Medicago sativa (Purple Alfalfa) was evaluated, identifying the best treatment based on the proximal composition and determining the analysis benefit/cost of the treatments under study. The research was carried out in the Montalvo parish, located 13 kilometers from the south west of the Ambato canton, Tungurahua province with a duration of 90 days and using an experimental methodology under a Completely Random Block Design (DBCA). The experimental units included 16 plots of 25 m2 with a total area of 400 m2, 4 experimental treatments with 4 repetitions each. Foliar organic fertilization was carried out applying the treatments T1 (25% Bacillus amyloliquefaciens + standard base of liquid humus), T2 (50% Bacillus amyloliquefaciens + standard base of liquid humus), T3 (75% Bacillus amyloliquefaciens + base of liquid humus), compared with a T0 control treatment (without fertilization). The best yields in the production of green alfalfa forage were obtained with the T3 treatment, reaching 14,16 t / Ha / cut, as well as the dry matter production, which was 3,15 t / Ha. In the proximal evaluation The highest dry matter content was determined in treatment T3 with 22,25%, the best results in protein content were obtained in treatment T0 with 22,16% followed by treatment T2 which registered 21,10%, the percentage of crude fiber (26,54%) and ash (11,41%) were shown as the best responses with T1 and T0 respectively. The treatment with the highest profitability was treatment T1 with an indicator of USD 1,28. It is recommended to use 75% Bacillus amyloliquefaciens plus a standard base of liquid humus in the production of Medicago sativa due to the fact that it registers the highest productive yields in the crop.
