dc.description.abstract | His research proposes: to design a cultural tourism product for the San Lucas parish, Loja canton, Loja province; by collecting primary and secondary information. The tourism potential of the San Lucas parish was determined, the preliminary proposal of the cultural tourism product in the study area, the feasibility for the product implementation was finally determined. Therefore, for the tourism potential of the parish, 28 tourist attractions, the infrastructure is in optimal condition. Fort he preliminary proposal of the cultural tourism product in the study area through brainstorming, theree tourist packages that were submitted to the market study were determined from the offer, resulting in 1 tourist package that includes natural and cultural tourism activities. Feasibility for implementation was determined the commercial and technical study was applied 376 surveys distributed to the national and foreign segment allowing to determine the profile of the tourist. In order to obtain the product, a Popular Economic Unit will be established, which will be governed by the Popular and Solidarity Economy Law. The financial study determines that the initial investment will be $ 36.118,73, giving a positive NPV Net Present Value of $12.608,38, an IRR Internal Rate of Retum of 22% a RBC cost benefit ratio of 0,97 and the capital invested. Will recover between the first and second year. Therefore, it is considered that its implementation is important to contribute to tourism development and allow the population to live well. | |
