Plan de exportación de la fruta borojó para el Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agropecuarias INIAP, ubicada en la provincia de Orellana, cantón la Joya de los Sachas, hacia Panamá

Abstract

This study is feasible for the exportation of the fruit to Panama; the Institute does not have a similar project that promotes its economic-financial activity for this reason is important a situational analysis to demonstrate the current state of the INIAP, conducting an investigation on the main legal requirements for the exportation of the Borojó. Through this research, were identified how the macro, social, political and technological variables affect to the Institute and the exports to have a broader vision and so be able to design the plan according with the possible damages that may arise with the time. A technical survey was conducted in which were described the requirements for the cultivation of Borojó, its agro ecological characteristics and adaptation as well as the procedures for its harvest and postharvest, continuing with the schema, it was made an analysis of marketing in which the Panamanian Company Importing and Exporting LIA was chosen and it will be the counterpart of the negotiations. For the exportations plan were detailed the requirements, documents, certificates and procedures for the exportations of the fruit Borojó, mentioning also to the customs systems, determining that INIAP, takes in the regime of consumption since the Borojó is for final consumption in the country of destination, the incoterms trading terms were also listed, determining that the incoterm to be used is the FOB (Free onboard) Finally it was made a study which shows how the exporting activity will be determined to the Company`s profit, taking as base year the 2011 and the expenses of exportation and the sales for exports will be increased with a positive variation in earnings, concluding that the plan is viable.
