dc.description.abstractThis research was carried out descriptive with transverse axis with Proposal Gastronomic Meal Plan Preparation Launchers in Early Childhood Education Center “La Primavera” in Riobamba city, in 2013, a survey was applied to parents to 43 products children consume in their daily diet. A Guide menu 5 presentations was proposed meeting the daily consumption of vegetables, legumes, fruits, cereals, pastas, breads, sweets, sugars, jams, honey and chocolate by children. Vegetable Consumption 20 %, verdures 30%, vegetable garden 32%, 32% legumes, 28% grain, pastry and sugar 21% and sugar to 38%. Acceptability analysis allowed knowing that 91% of proposed standard recipes in the different varieties of lunch boxes are acceptable by childred. It is recommended that proposes meal plan in preparing healthy lunchboxes to thereby improve nutrition of children, in order to assist parents in their economy with preparation and daily lunch boxes.
