dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to implement M-Learning as a support for the teaching-learning process in the National Leveling and Admission System of the ESPOCH (current UAN Admission and Leveling Unit); where an inquiry is made about the perception that students and teachers have about the use of mobile devices, as well as the factors that hinder their implementation in the classroom. The development of the research was framed within a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental, correlational design of the applied type and which levels of research were descriptive, explanatory, exploratory and diagnostic. To obtain information, student criteria were considered through a reliable, simple questionnaire accepted by the participants, verified and validated through pilot tests and the criteria of research experts belonging to the same UAN. The results obtained were analyzed to integrate mobile technology to increase the participation, motivation and proactivity of students in the learning process. 75% of the students had mobile devices with Internet access, with the smartphone being the most used device. This availability of equipment facilitated the implementation of the methodology. Given the evidence obtained, it can be stated that the results were favorable and satisfactory for both teachers and students, that is, the implementation of mobile learning was successfully achieved. Finally, the "Guide for the Implementation of M-Learning in the classroom" was elaborated, after having carried out an adequate investigation of the problem posed. This guide which is aimed at both middle and higher level teachers, as well as all those who are immersed in educational innovation processes, establishes a methodological reference framework that serves as a support and guidance instrument for teachers who wish to integrate M- learning in their classrooms.
