dc.description.abstractThis research project is based on the design of the optimal installed capacity for the feasibility in the creation of an industrial factory for the production of organic biofertilizer. Firts determining which are the main design parameters to consider in the creation of the factory where the logistics before and during the production process have been considered, all the knowledge and methods acquired during the course of the career were applied, necessary for the development of this project, in terms of factory process simulation where the operations within the industrial factory were visually verified, in addition to the movement of raw materials within the production process until the final transformation of the product, experimental design that through the analysis of samples in a laboratory, the percentage of properties of interest that the biofertilizer developed and production engineering were verified. This proposal is a viable alternative that will allow having good results in terms of biofertilizer production in an efficient way, with a production capacity of 1023 sacks (40 kilograms) of solid biofertilizer and 892 tanks (100 liters) of liquid biofertilizer so that through a good productive management this product will be economically attractive and efficient, being an option to traditional chemical fertilizers as a contribution to the conservation of the environment through the environment and preservation of soils. The design of the installed capacity and distribution of the industrial factory was correctly applied by simulating in the FlexSim software, which showed that the production indicators are feasible. It is recommended to perform a study to take advantage of the methane gas produced in the biodigesters so that the plant design can sustain part of the energy in the factory.
