dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to design a strategic plan to improve the competitiveness of a company called JAILUZ JEANS located in Tungurahua Province Pelileo Canton, Bolívar Parish period 2021-2025, through the analysis of its current situation and causes to improve its economy, efficiency and efficiency. In this study, a compilation of information was carried out through the direct observation, an interview applied to the owner and surveys applied to external and internal employees, In addition, the external and internal factors that surround the company were carved, which helped to determine the problems that affect it along with the development of the SWOT Matrix made up of strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. All this information was crucial to be able to design strategies, create the mission, vision, values, objectives and policies, which will allow the company to have a clearer and more competitive direction within the market. Finally, it is concluded that the company lacks a strategic plan that has caused the absence of publicity, staff training which has prevented to generate more income. Therefore, the execution of the strategic plan is proposed through the implementation of strategies, objectives, values, policies that will allow to improve the competitiveness of the company within the market and project it to the future through the proposed strategies and the established objectives in order to make the right decision and face the competition with a clear vision through the commitment of the owner and the employees by practicing business values | |
