dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with the elaboration of a Risk Management Plan and the implementation of signage in the main building and theater of the GADM Santiago de Píllaro. Through a technical risk study, the proposal was elaborated following the model established by the Secretary of Risk Management (SGR), allowing the promotion of a new culture, from all sectors of society, for the reduction of emergencies and disasters. For the development of this plan, the risk level obtained for natural hazards was 66.6%; the fire risk for the main building and theater by the Meseri method was slight and acceptable respectively; as for the risks, control measures were determined with an estimate of 14 moderate risks that were seen in each of the facilities of the GADM Santiago de Píllaro, which are: 3 physical risks, 5 ergonomic risks, 6 psychosocial risks, all risks assessed by the Method of Identification and Evaluation of Occupational Risks INSHT. Finally, safety signage was implemented using ISO NTE INEN 2239:2014, the anti-slip tape located on the institution's bleachers, risk maps, NFPA 10 (portable fire extinguishers), the early warning system under NFPA72 (fire alarm codes) in the main building, It is concluded that in each of the phases contemplated by the PIGR is higher than 80%, so risk management is effective. It is recommended to perform the evaluation and follow-up through PIGR training and drills.
