Desarrollo del sistema académico web y una aplicación móvil para notificaciones escolares de los procesos académicos en la Unidad Educativa “El Tambo”.

Abstract

The objective of this graduation work was the academic web and a mobile application for notifications of the school processes at the “Unidad Educativa El Tambo” to provide information in an agile and appropriate way by means of the automation of the academic control. Technological tools were used for the proper development of Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap4, Css3, Android Studio. The Scrum development methodology was used to get the necessary information about the academic control processes of the institution, this allowed to created an optimal and interactive work environment between the user and development team. The system was submitted to a usability test, from which the standard of evaluation ISO&IEC 9126-4 of the Quality in Use of the software was applied, the assessment was made by a sample taken from finite population, directed surveys were applied to educational users, students, representatives, secretary and administrator, the evaluation was done under the criteria of effectiveness, productivity, safety and satisfaction. From the point of view of the users surveyed, it was determined that the academic system is 84.5% effective, 85% productive, 85% people consider it is safe and 86% of users are satisfied with the development of the application, obtaining a general average 85.12% in the quality of use of the software. It is concluded that the proyect developed will help the users of “Unidad Educativa El Tambo”, providing the necessary academic information in an optimal and agile way, for which it is recommended to all users involved in the institution to make use of the academic system to facilitate and speed up processes.
