dc.description.abstractThis degree work entitled “Design and implementation of a performance evaluation system of the human talent in “Minga” Ltda. Savings and Loan Cooperative in Riobamba city, Chimborazo Province in 2015. It is aimed to address to Human Talent to comply with their responsibilities in an efficient manner in terms of their commitments with the COAC, in order to improve the directive and business management reflected in the consistent practice of the values and principles of cooperativism. For this, the situational analysis reflects the actual state of the entity, which with the help of interviews, surveys and application of the tools for evaluating performance allowed us to detect the flaws that disrupt the proper administrative and operational performance. This is often not achieved because of a lack of a manual of functions that allow them to specify through the technical division of labor the roles that each employee must develop, and thus overcome the problems that a financial intermediation institution has. The performance assessment used was the 360-degree performance evaluation, allows sizing important results to provide a reading level of empowerment and commitment that each employee has with the Cooperative, as well as the technical difficulties, a lack of capabilities and skills, which must be solved with training, and improvement of working conditions for employees. In order to achieve corporate strategic objectives in accordance with the financial intermediation business needs, the problems that prevent the organization reaches socially beneficial results must be solved in time for supervision and control.
