This present investigation aimed to determine an organic production technology in four varieties of semi-hydroponic strawberry (Fragaria ananassa D.) cultivation under cover, using a randomized complete block design (RCBD) in subdivided plots with 8 treatments: T1 (Monterey + foliar application), T2 (Monterey + drench application), T3 (S. Andreas + foliar application), T4 (S. Andreas + drench application), T5 (Albion + foliar application), T6 (Albion + drench application), T7 (Cabrillo + foliar application), T8 (Cabrillo + drench application). The organic production technology used in the trial was based on the application of seaweed extracts (Ascophyllum nodosum, Sargassum and Laminaria) and microbial antagonists (Trichoderma spp. and Bacillus subtilis); which was applied for the four varieties, both to the foliage and in drench, in such a way that the variables were evaluated as the percentage of yield, plant height (cm), number of flowers (first and second flower), days to fructification, incidence of pests (Tetranychus urticae), incidence of diseases, yield, soluble solids content (% brix degrees) and finally an economic analysis of each treatment according to yield was carried out. The indicated variables were evaluated in a period from transplanting to 124 DDT. The outstanding results showed a significant difference (P<0,05) in the application of organic production technology for the height and yield variables, so that the variety that presented the greatest height at 64 DDT was San Andreas with 23,88 cm (foliage) and the variety that presented the greatest yield was Albion with 5,11 kg/40 plants (drench). It is concluded that the Albion variety with drench application showed the best yields, and future investigation is recommended to evaluate the yield of each variety in a complete production cycle.
