Planificación estratégica para el desarrollo organizacional y toma de decisiones de La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Puerto Francisco de Orellana, ubicada en la ciudad Francisco de Orellana, provincia de Orellana en el periodo 2016-2020

Abstract

The present graduation work is intended to design a model of Strategic Management for the Cooperative of Savings and Credit accounts “Puerto Francisco de Orellana” as a tool to encourage the institution development within the financial system for COAC consolidation in the region and at national level. By using research methods and techniques, more than 80% of COAC officials do not comply with their functions according to the institutional objectives, problem that affects the administrative organization. At last, the strategic planning was structured through a systematic process that allows integrating all the organization areas with the institutional objectives, promoting its development. As a conclusion, it can be said that strategic plan is a management tool though programs and projects implementation to allow development activities, in this case, the financial activity to fulfill the established objectives. Besides, it is recommended the implementation of the institution management model to encourage the COAC financial power, because it is a tool that incorporates economic and administrative evaluations by means of established indicators performance.
