Modelo de gestión financiero para optimizar los recursos financieros en Industrial Industrialpetrol S.A, provincia de Orellana, cantón Francisco de Orellana

Abstract

The design of a financial management model is aimed at optimizing resources in the financial area in order to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness during the economic and financial processes carried out by a company called INDUSTRIAL INDUSTRIALPETROL S.A. The development of the study started from the situational analysis through the application of methods and techniques, such as an interview with the president, evidencing the main financial problems and the absence of a management model, which hinders the performance of financial and economic operations, causing insolvency and liquidity shortages, in cash accounts; receivable accounts, payable accounts and fixed income assets. A vertical and horizontal analysis was carried out to the balance sheet and the income statement corresponding to the years 2019-2021 where the calculation of the financial indexes was applied to propose actions and policies to improve each process. The design of the model will allow optimizing resources and increasing profits, which, through policies and guidelines to carry out an analysis, control and evaluation of financial procedures to make the right decisions and achieve the institutional goals
