Plan estratégico para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Pais Ltda., ciudad de riobamba, periodo 2020-2024

Abstract

The purpose of this degree work was to design a Strategic Plan for the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Producción Ahorro Inversión Servicio (PAIS) Ltda, from Riobamba city, to provide an administrative management tool to forge a solid organizational culture, increase the profitability of the institution and establish strategies focused on institutional growth, the research was carried out based on the theoretical foundation regarding the development of strategic planning, applying survey techniques for partners and collaborators as well as the interview to the general manager of the institution, where it was possible to determine that the care offered by the institution is not well perceived by the members, as well as the training needs that are required by the collaborators, in addition, the absence of a strategic plan. Based on the obtained results, the proposal was developed, starting with the analysis and internal and external situational diagnosis of the institution, horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements, and the analysis of the financial ratios, therefore, the strategies that allow institutional development through the strengthening of collaborators and the offered products in addition to improving the administrative management of the institution
