Elaboración e implementación de un plan integral de gestión de riesgos para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del cantón Patate

Abstract

The objective of this titling work called "Development and implementation of a comprehensive risk management plan for the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Patate Canton", has been the identification of the threats and vulnerabilities of the municipality by carrying out various procedures for prevention and response of staff and visitors in the event of an event of natural or anthropogenic origin that threatens the integrity of the staff that works there. The development of the PIGR was contemplated as a first instance in an identification and bibliographic review on the prevention guidelines, in addition, a diagnosis and risk analysis was carried out in the municipality, later it focused on the elaboration of the PIGR based on risk reduction. under certain parameters, guidelines for the formation of policies and the implementation of current technical standards, the information on emergency management called brigades was detailed, how it should be conformed and the action protocols of the brigades in the event of possible emergencies, adequately training the personnel of the Institution, the Comprehensive Risk Management Plan was followed up and evaluated in a fluid, effective and convincing manner to guarantee the human integrity and assets of the Institution. The annual update of the documentation and knowledge in reference to the implemented PIGR is recommended, finally a biosafety protocol was developed and the respective socialization to the employees for its correct implementation.
