dc.description.abstract | The objective of this titling work was to implement an automated system with man-machine interface - supervision, control and data acquisition (HMII-SCADA) for the liquid bottling process, being an easy module to operate at low cost. For which five Schneider programmable logic controllers (PLC) brand TM221CE16T and TM221CE24T were used, these receive and process information from the different actuators and sensors, each process was carried out individually in order to have total control of each station as SCADA, programming, inputs, outputs and memories such as grafcet, ladder and addressing of each PLC. The different laser, magnetic and capacitive sensors were used for the detection of bottles, position of the cylinder status and liquid level. The actuators are composed of double-acting cylinders, solenoid valves and water pumps for mixing and dosing the juin to process with a three-phase motor for transporting bottles. The process comprises five automated stations, starting with the mixing stage, dosing stage, transport stage, capping stage and the palletizing stage, these work in a coordinated manner, the process is repeated as many times as required. The tests performed on this process were functional, for which an HMI was programmed in LOOKOUT with indicators of each workstation. In conclusion, a low-cost functional bottling process was implemented with operating benefits through indicators, which makes it very didactic and easy to operate. It is recommended to follow the flowchart sequence in case of possible errors. | |
