dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work was to analyze the effect of the implementation of an ITBS system (Individual intake body) on the torque and power curves obtained by a roller dynamometer using a Corsa Wind vehicle with a programmable injection. The data was obtained by generating different schedules for different admission multiples. In the first case the original intake manifold was used with a Speed-type programming density. In the second and third cases, they were employed individual bodies varying the dimensions of the hoses and with Alpha N-type programming using Tunerstudio and Megalog software for the generated datalogs. The models were simulated in the Ansys software to verify the airflow. The schedules were endorsed using a roller dynamometer taking into account thus countsreference values to generate the analysis of torque and power in the different tests. The obtained results were interpreted through a graphic and statistical analysis regarding the torque and power achieved for the adaptation of the manifold with short hoses since it presented the greatest considerable advance of those values. With the analysis as the statisticas the one presented in the results tables, it is noted that the system with hoses short ones presents better results achieving a power increase of 9.44 HP (horsepower force) while torquewas increased by 3.47 (lb-ft). It concluded that the largest gain that exists relative to the original manifold occurs in the hose system short. It is recommended to study other dimensions and generate types of the tie with the system of individual admission different from the one presented.
