dc.description.abstractThe micro-enterprise IBALL, is responsible for the production of plastic elements, is in the growth stage, explains the need to improve their machinery to meet customer demand and provide quality products and thus be more competitive in the market. Currently, this is a company with injection machines, operating with an operator, which performs several functions, which hinders delivery times and product quality. To improve productivity, the automation of a plastic injection machine is processed, which has cyclic processes with configurable times for different types of molds. The automated machine consists of several processes such as loading, injection, opening and closing the mold, in addition to having configurable time slots for cooling and ejection. The machine can operate in manual and automatic mode. The electro hydraulic system has a programmable Delta Logic Controller for the control stage and an HMI of the same brand for the operator configuration interface. To operate the hydraulic actuators, Vickers brand biostable solenoid valves are used. In addition, it has all the necessary security features.
