dc.description.abstractThe research is constituted around the analysis of the technocultural discourse, based on the trend in Tik Tok about the performance “A rapist on your way”, in an interval from December 2, 2019 to August 15, 2020. This period was selected because during this time the videos selected on the platform, caused an impact on the audience and in turn delegitimized the protest exposed by the feminist collective Las Tesis, therefore, a selection based on these criteria was made. The corpus of this research work is based on 31 videos published on the social network Tik Tok, which were analyzed after the publication that represents cyber violence through violent and sexist behaviors, so that an in-depth study of the various senses of cyber violence being the main objective. The research is supported by the exhaustive analysis of the matrices made on the basis of the selected corpus, the following categories were analyzed as study variables: verbal discursiveness, non-verbal discursiveness and violation of rights and categories of cyber violence analysis, which allow the identification of sexist and denigrating behaviors that invalidate the feminist struggle. The male chauvinist cyber violence caused a great impact on this performance since several relevant evidences were found such as: sarcasm, insult, desire to harm, sexual objectification, criminalization and defamation, evidencing the devaluation of women.
