When performing a Topological Optimization, its mass and weight are reduced with difficulty without uncontrollably altering its mechanical and physical performance. Its main objective is to reach a structural lightening, this is achieved by eliminating the parasitic masses that do not contribute to the rigidity and resistance of the element, the only thing they do is be a necessary additional weight and worsen performance.
