Determinación de la incidencia de los factores pH y medio de cultivo en la obtención del pigmento (cinabarina) a partir del hongo Pycnoporus sanguineus

Abstract

This work establishes the incidence of pH and culture medium in obtaining the pigment (cinnabarin) from the fungus Pycnoporus sanguineus. The study variables were analyzed using a 2² factorial design, the results obtained determined that these factors are significantly and independently involved in obtaining the pigment.
