dc.description.abstractThis job is experienced through a test of power factor control. More specifically, it is the design and construction of a test panel consisting of equipment and elements of both protection and control as well as thermal magnetic circuit breakers, network analyzer, power factor controller and capacitors. To design a circuit diagram which facilitates connections of the various devices is performed. The primary computer is the power factor controller, which is to control this factor by using current and voltage signals to a set value. This makes it by six steps, which are connected to capacitor banks, for improving power factor of a system, which process can be done manually or automatically. This test also can measure the different electrical parameters of a given system. Finally, a manual which includes ten educational practices and safety protocols and maintenance has been established.
