Abstract

This document describes the process that was followed to develop a WEB platform for Advanced Mobile Service interruptions management, the platform characteristics are based on the revision of the regulations in force, the technologies that best fit to the needs are also determined and finally the existent information of past interruptions are analysed to determine a possible association between the variables that are present in the event of an interruption.
