dc.description.abstractThis project seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of performing an undertaking from the debris of coconut shells generated by the producers of the site La Tolita Pampa de Oro located north of the province of Esmeraldas.. As a conclusion it is shown that the project is economically feasible with a return on investment of 48.22 % calculated in 5 years, also contribute in large measure to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of the site La Tolita through the reduction of pollution to the ecosystem and the generation of sources of direct and indirect employment, would also to a reduction in imports and the development of the productive matrix.
