dc.description.abstractThe implementation of a chatbot based on rules that facilitate the search and scheduling of medical appointments through Natural Language Processing within the city of Cuenca has been proposed. We consider that the implementation of this would shorten the gap between the user and the technology, by providing an interaction closer to the human.
