dc.description.abstractThe present work of investigation focuses in raising, by means of a structured analysis, the psychological profile applied to the human resource that works in the company Serviandina, in conformity with the limits of the Certification BASC. It allows identifying the characteristics of the personality and conduct of the employees as possible sources of anomalies in the security of the company.
