Diseño de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional en el cuerpo de bomberos municipal de Durán.

Abstract

The main objective of this project is to design a safety and health management system for the Durán Municipal Fire Department. These improvement programs will allow the institution to comply with the provisions consolidated by the regulatory bodies of the country and avoid damage to the health of the employees, in this way, in this way the security commitment between the employer and its workers is evidenced. We make a brief description of the company, its history and organizational structure. For the development of this technical project, a field investigation was carried out to observe the facilities and identify the aspects that can be improved, in the same way requesting the support documentation carried out by the administration and then matching it with the rules and regulations of Industrial Safety and Occupational Health. The problems found in the institution is the lack of occupational health and safety policies, establishing departmental objectives, lack of procedures, establishment of committees and lack of documentation of the management system.
