dc.description.abstractFood companies are always focused on innovating, producing and marketing their mass consumer products such as snacks more efficiently, so it is imperative that machinery works 24/7 to avoid delays in products and orders. The main objective of this research was to implement a preventive maintenance plan using professional mp9 software in the food industry; to avoid that the production presents damages that end up causing productive and labor instability.
