Estandarización del proceso productivo de fabricación de envases plásticos en la empresa INDUPLAES ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga

Abstract

DIn this titling project, the information corresponding to the 6 months from October 2020 to March 2021 is collected, which are dates after the maximum sales peak of gallons to package alcohol due to the pandemic, where changed focus for a new market such as food specifically for packaging yogurt. The organizational structure of the factory, the production capacity, the sales of the different products, and the profit produced are analyzed to later find the star product, which is the two-liter round container. The structure of the production process was defined with four processes: sales, planning, production and dispatch. With which the time and movements were taken with 10 samples to be able to weight. With the times obtained from each process, a Pareto diagram was made to define that the bottleneck is located in the production process. Lean Manufacturing is applied through the 5'S with this implementation is expected to achieve an optimal distribution of space and flow of materials, keep the areas organized, clean and adequate to develop the work, also the demarcation of the floor within the plant is performed to improve safety and order. In the production process the SMED technique is applied to reduce the time in the mold change which establishes a series of steps and thus increase productivity.
