dc.description.abstractThe current economic crisis produced by COVID 19, which unexpectedly occurred, leaving human, social and economic consequences, has shown us that we are not prepared and we feel unable to solve and counteract this problem. To mitigate the economic crisis derived from the health emergency produced by COVID-19, the National Government has implemented measures to support the sustainability of employment, one of which is the reduction of the working day, which therefore the corresponding contributions Social Security will be calculated in proportion to the days actually worked and should not be less than 55% of the established prior resolution, for which the employer as a requirement must notify the Ministry of Labor about the execution of the same and the payroll of the employees to be welcomed.
