Abstract

This paper presents the process of administration and management of the OLT ZTE of the telecommunications laboratory of the Salesian Polytechnic University headquarters Cuenca, through the creation of a server and website for the registration, validation of users, and backup of the same with the purpose of providing and safeguarding the security of the OLT.
