dc.description.abstractChapter 1. This initiates with the study of industry of mattresses within the country; the Ecuadorian terms applicable to the process of fabrication of mattresses. The weight strain limitations are analyzed as well as the study of alternatives on machinery that will help facilitate the rotation of a mattress and the criteria to select the best alternative through the method of the criteria proposed for the development of a better alternative. Chapter 2. The development of a design for a hydraulic table for rotating mattresses. First and foremost the design begins with a blueprint of a structural table and a shovel dumper. Additionally when submitted under greater force the design of a hydraulic system will a llow the mattress to rotate they should select standard components for fabricating hydraulic systems. Chapter 3. In this chapter a simulation of the hydraulic table in the Inventor Professional Software that allows the verification of the calcul ated values in the design chapter, it explains how to draw the structure in the software, the selection of materials for their components, the definition of restrictions and loads alloted that may act on the structure, the run of the simulation and the presentation of the acquired results. Chapter 4. In this chapter the cost analysis, whereby the economic advantage to develop the machine in Ecuador compared the cost of importing the machine is determined is presented.
