dc.description.abstractThe present project has like general objective to improve the extrusion line “120B” in the Company INCABLE S.A. of the city of Guayaquil, Which does not have with a nylon extruder to produce electrical conductor of the THHN (Thermoplastic, High Heat, Nylon coated) cable range. The electrical and electronic infrastructure of the company has analyzed along its way to standardize and automate the plant in addition to a current line of extrusion to follow the same standards as Modbus, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Telemecanique Modicon TSX3722 and loops temperature controllers, brand PARTLOW. With the inclusion of the nylon extruder in the extrusion line INCABLE S.A. will increase their hours THHN machine products, and thanks to his co-extruder which together with the extruder works the same line can create two color PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) electrical conductors of THHN range.
