Nowadays, the manufacturing industry of electrical equipment - electronic, Ecuador does not innovate the equipment that manufactures, because it is acquired from other countries. The company Imetrilec is dedicated to the manufacture of electrical equipment - electronic batteries such as battery chargers for industrial use, singlephase, two-phase and three-phase voltage regulators, inverters, among others. In general, the battery charger and other equipment have an electronically analog that makes obsolete improvements. The battery charger is one of its main manufacturing products so many of its customers demand that its operation is through a microcontroller. In this project, it is implemented the operation of the equipment through a microcontroller and the design of a virtual interface for data visualization, the advantages of modernizing the battery charger is to open new operating characteristics among them: the virtual interface, control through software, and as a future innovation of the same perform the operation of the equipment through industrial communication protocols.
