In Communication is an essential aspect of daily life, which it defines people as social beings. In this context, the disability of people to speak and listen constitutes a barrier in the communicational process, which it increasingly affects their inclusion in society. This is because few people understand sign and sign language. However, the use of technology has shown that it can be a way to solve this problem. The objective of the research is to design a glove with flexibility sensors that translate letters of the alphabet of the deaf-mute language using Micropython. To do this, the study follows a qualitative approach, with a non-experimental design and a descriptive, retrospective scope. The research is guided by a procedure composed of eight steps, with a duration of one year. It was developed at the Salesian Polytechnic University of Guayaquil, in Ecuador. In addition, it is part of a research project at the University Telecommunications Laboratory. The research methods of documentary analysis and modeling are used for its satisfactory development.
