dc.description.abstractThe commerce of Guayaquil was affected by the Covid-19, this research seeks to analyze the reception of eCommerce delivery of restaurants in Guayaquil during the year 2020. The research is descriptive with a mixed, qualitative, and quantitative approach, using user surveys and interviews with delivery companies. The results made it possible to understand that restaurant delivery was welcomed because the frequency of use in 2020 increased from 4 to 6 times a month compared to 2019 and new sectors such as medicine and supermarkets increased their market share and people consider maintaining the use of restaurant delivery since it saves them time, prevents health risks and provides them with comfort.
