This investigation focused on evaluating the additional use of the phytase enzyme inside the behavioral production process of the grilled chicken lineage Cobb500, under conditions of altitudes that were above 2,200 m a.s.l. The different levels of the additional dosages of the microbial phytase were given during the nutritional matrix of each stage of development of the bird. It was observed that the best results were obtained by utilizing a super dosage that offered; more lifetime to the production within the adherence of technical and measurable parameters.
