The objective of this research was to analyze the activities carried out in the training process of the Iguiñaro community on the use of bio-inputs, with the participation of 20 people between men and women. Currently the farmers of Iguiñaro are making a transition from their traditional agricultural activities to an organic production system. Information was collected on the management of small family farms with organic production systems, based on knowledge of the management of bio-inputs transmitted during the training process and their subsequent technical support, throughout the agricultural production process. Among the learned lessons, it is valued that the entire training process was co-facilitated by a community member, this contributed to the empowerment of the participants since they felt identified by being trained by a peasant like they. It is highly recommended to carry out this type of training in communities with the support of an expert peasant in the subject treated.
