This document presents the study of the energy consumption of the electric vehicle against the different driving configurations applying experiment design. The objective of the research is based on knowing the relationship between energy consumption and driving configurations for which the selection of a route is made from the study of the origin-destination matrix. Through the generation of an experiment design, the variables involved in the study, the number of possible combinations for the driving configurations and the possible alterations in the data collection are obtained. The validation of the information is performed by statistical analysis using box and mustache diagrams to finally obtain the degree of relationship between the driving configurations and the energy consumption through the Minitab 17 software, in order to achieve an optimal driving configuration which generates a minimum consumption for a selected route.
