dc.description.abstractThe 89,63% of the companies of the Ecuador are micro dedicated mostly to the commercial activity generating a large number of affiliated staff. Describes the low impact of some Ministerial programs focused on micro-enterprises and which aim to encourage the transformation of the productive matrix priority areas away from the main activity of the same. Finally, results of an investigation of micro-enterprises of the parish of Cotocollao offered concluding its lack of planning, the need for funding, low incomes who receive, employment generated, and failure to comply with tax obligations
